April, is our newest Team Member at Bit Happens.

She brings to the table her 15+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE MANAGING retail stores and CUSTOMER SERVICE. She says that “Customers are the reason that any business, small or corporate, is a success at all. To be part of a local business keeps that logic in perspective “.

Her job here as ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, is to make sure things run SMOOTH & EFFICIENT by helping us stay organized in order to better serve our clients. Keeping up with any request or issue that our clients have is her primary objective. Everything else is done in vein if our clients are not 100% satisfied.
